I enjoyed the privacy of the capsule room and the daily towel service, though the bed wasn't super comfy. I'd definitely consider staying again!

Lockers provide ample space for luggage. Showers on the 8th floor remain clean, with minimal wait times.
Rooms get loud due to guests coming in late. better earplugs may be needed. No refrigerator or communal kitchen items available means you’re stuck with instant noodles. The staircase to the 9th floor poses a hazard when wet. Overall, the capsule is a tight fit and not the most comfortable.

Great Value with Minor Trade-offs
I enjoyed my stay in the capsule room. the showers were plentiful and always clean. The staff were polite and helpful, although I wish the mattress had more support. Tip, Bring your own towel and hygiene products for a more comfortable experience.

The capsule was equipped with individual ventilation, ensuring a comfortable sleeping environment. Additionally, the common room offered valuable amenities like vending machines for convenience. However, the space was quite cramped, making it difficult to rest well, especially with only one elevator servicing multiple floors. The Wi-Fi was slow, which detracted from the overall experience, especially for digital travelers.

pretty good stay but needs some improvements
The capsule I stayed in had excellent air quality with ventilation fans and an air purifier, which made the experience pleasant. I also appreciated the clean linens and the staff's commitment to cleanliness, including daily room maintenance. The luggage room was highly secure and spacious enough for multiple large bags, which is a huge plus for travelers. Most notable was the free towel service, allowing unlimited use throughout the day, making personal hygiene very convenient.
However, the luggage safety system could use better control.

The friendly staff speaks excellent English and is available 24/7, ensuring a sense of security. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and the capsule beds were uncomfortable, with no recline feature and thin mattresses.
